Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time. It stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Refunds
- If you were charged by mistake, for example after cancelling, we refund you in full.
- If Keepit didn't work for you during a paid period, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we'll look at it with you; where appropriate we refund the unused part.
- Where the law of your country gives you a right to withdraw from the subscription, we respect it.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the account you paid with, or tell us your WhatsApp number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
