These terms govern your use of Keepit Upbeat AI (“Keepit”), a brand of SNB Technologies. By messaging Keepit or subscribing, you agree to them.
The service
Keepit sends the outline (“backbone”) of an original bedtime story through WhatsApp: a hero, a monster, an adventure and how the hero wins, for you to tell in your own words. Outlines are written by artificial intelligence. We aim for gentle, age-appropriate content, but you are responsible for reading each outline and deciding whether it suits your child before telling it.
Who can use it
You must be an adult, and old enough to use WhatsApp where you live. Keepit is for parents and carers, not for children to use directly.
Free story and subscription
- Your first 1 story is free.
- A Keepit subscription (weekly, every 3 months or yearly, from €12.99 a week) gives up to 3 new stories in any 24 hours. The limit exists to prevent abuse and may change with notice.
- The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; it then stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Fair use
Don't use Keepit to request content that is harmful, hateful, sexual or otherwise inappropriate for children, to break the law, or to disrupt the service. We may refuse such requests and suspend accounts that misuse Keepit.
Your stories
You may use the outlines you receive for your family's personal use. Telling them aloud, adapting them and sharing them with family is entirely up to you.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Keepit available, but we can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last month.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll publish the new version here, and significant changes will be announced in WhatsApp.
